As a therapeutic writing coach. I am passionate about helping people overcome emotional pain, anxiety, and stress through the power of writing. As an experienced published writer, and Professor of English, as well as a certified yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, and journaling coach, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of writing. I believe that writing is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing, and I am committed to helping my clients tap into their inner wisdom and creativity to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. My approach to therapeutic writing is collaborative, empathic, mindfulness-based and solution-focused. I work with clients to create a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.
